Chef Pete and his wife Gemma took over an allotment in Longridge in 2024 and started to utilise leftover produce to fulfil their passion for cooking, introducing a few chutneys and sauces to friends and family, after a short time, we realised an opportunity to offer something different. We have an ethos to support and source local, use all natural ingredients, we make a conscious effort to avoid gluten in many of our products, and use as little refined sugar as possible… We do hope you enjoy our range!
