Our signature chicken biryani is slow-cooked in small batches using a carefully developed house spice blend, creating a rich, aromatic dish inspired by traditional cooking methods. Alongside this, we serve freshly prepared chicken and fish pakoras, coated in our own seasoned batter and fried to a light, crisp finish.
