I paint various glass items, such as candle holders, green house panes, window panes (plexiglass), vases, glasses and mirrors. Largely my heart and soul go into my unique sun catchers. I paint various sizes for all affordability’s, including custom size window panes. Each ones comes with a certificate of authentication as I never paint the same picture twice.
Although many of my paintings take inspiration from the natural world, I also like to take inspiration from everyday life such as: vehicles, buildings, pop culture, movies, anime and much more.
The paint is glycol based and stains the glass leaving fantastical colour’s reflecting in rooms, giving a little magic to your life.
I have been painting glass for over 20 years and evolved a passion into a professional business, I also run glass painting workshops locally in Derby. I go by the artist name of Purpledee.
