Hey! I’m the Chengdu born mum behind UH Kitchen, a Manchester-born street food stall built in the kitchen and backed by family. What started as late-night recipe tests around our kitchen table turned into a pop-up with proper flavour, fiery energy, and a whole lot of heart.
We specialise in bao buns; soft, steamy pockets of joy filled with everything from sticky-sweet pork belly to crispy chicken and spiced-up veg. Every batch is made fresh, using locally sourced ingredients from Manchester markets and Altrincham allotments paired with artisan teas.
UH Kitchen is about more than food – it’s about culture, community, and comfort with a kick. We bring together Northern grit and Asian street food soul, served with a smile, a story, and tunes always playing in the background.
Because here, every flavour tells a story — and we can’t wait for you to find yours.
