We’re a family business that was set up after having a couple of beers and wondering what else we could do to raise money for charity. We wanted something to have a bit of humour, but to also encourage people to check their bits and shits and more importantly, raise money for the charity we established in memory of my mum, Emma Aindow-Gregory.
Every time our customers buy one of our fantastic ales, they’ll be doing charity work. 50% of our profits go to a charity called The Orange Foundation, which was established in 2023 to provide practical support to people living with cancer.
We want to raise awareness of bowel cancer and encourage people to get themselves checked so we just thought of poo and so the name was born, Turtle Head Brewing Company.
The names of beers have a bit of a meaning, and may or may not ring a bell with you can find them below.
So go forth and have a few but drink responsibly
