Hello everyone, this is Mary, from Lancaster, and Mario, from Guadalajara, Mexico and we founded The Mexican Coffee Company to let people know that Mexico not only grows coffee but some of the best coffees in the world.
We work directly with three different farmers from Mexico who implement exceptional bioagricultural practices into growing coffee and we pay them well above Fair-Trade prices. They all produce what we prefer to call Biocoffee.
This is how we describe our Biocoffees:
- Our first Biocoffee, Canto de Quetzal, has a distinctive fruity-floral profile that reminds of raisins, blackcurrants, cranberries and caramel.
- Our second Biocoffee, Antigua Delicia, has a more familiar nutty profile that reminds of chestnuts, hazelnuts and almonds. Our customers describe it as an excellent everyday choice.
- Finally, our best-seller and multi-award-winning Biocoffee, Sabroso Baile, has an incredible fully bodied, rich dark chocolate profile.
