Teatime Collective – Manchester’s Vegan Bakery
Starting life as a small vegan café in Hulme back in 2013, Teatime Collective has been serving up plant-based comfort food for over a decade. What began as a cosy local spot has grown into a much-loved travelling bakery – popping up at markets and events around Manchester and beyond.
We bake everything from custard slices, cinnamon buns, and croissants to big layer cakes, Bakewell tarts, and rocky roads – all 100% vegan and made from scratch.
And it’s not just sweet stuff anymore – we’ve recently added a savoury range featuring our handmade pies and vegan sausage rolls, perfect for market munching or taking home for later.

Based in Hulme, Manchester, Teatime Collective has been baking vegan treats since 2013. We started out as a small café and since 20212 bringing our bakes to markets and events around the city.
Our stall is always packed with Teatime favourites – from custard slices, cinnamon buns, croissants, and big layer cakes to Bakewell tarts, rocky roads, sweet tarts, battenburg, donuts and plenty more, all 100% vegan and made from scratch.
We’ve recently added a savoury range too, featuring our handmade pies and vegan sausage rolls.
