Street Ltd is a Staffordshire-based Mediterranean street food business operating from a fully self-contained catering trailer. We specialise in high-quality, crowd-friendly food inspired by Greek flavours, served quickly and consistently in high-footfall environments.
Our core menu includes Greek-style gyros and souvlaki, loaded fries, feta mac & cheese, Greek salads, halloumi, falafel and a range of fresh toppings and sauces, plus homemade brownies.
Importantly, around 90% of our menu can be made vegetarian, and a large proportion can also be made fully vegan using plant-based proteins, dairy-free cheese and vegan sauces. This allows us to cater confidently for mixed-diet audiences without compromising on flavour or speed of service.
All relevant documentation is in place, including public liability insurance, food hygiene certification, gas safety certification, risk assessments & HACCP, and local authority registration (5-star hygiene rating if required).
