Our main products we sell are - The Scandinavian “Bree’Osh” Bakes. Most are vegetarian or vegan - and our savoury brioche bakes have won 40 UK national food awards. Other products include Finnish Black and Dark Brown Sourdough breads, Norwegian Stuffed Potato Patties, unusual Eastern European fermented salads, desserts like Finnish cinnamon bun, Swedish cardamom and almond buns and Ukrainian Honey cake.
