Column distilled and bottled in a railway arch in Salford. James & Tommy, two Salford school and rugby pals were inspired to create these distinctive spirits by the history of Salford Docks with its imports of Caribbean rum, fruit and spices at the heart of activity in the 1900s. The lads commissioned artist Dave Draws to create a Doodlemap of the docks at the turn of the century featuring local landmarks creating these iconic bottles.
