Sabenso is a combination of the Spanish words for “intense” & “flavour.” Developed on our travels in Mexico in 2023, and brought back as the house salsa for our Manchester taco truck, the sauce has taken on a life of its own.
We realised the sauce had the power to remove the stress of dinnertime. Even for those who love cooking, sometimes there simply isn’t enough time to start from scratch. Provided you have the sauce in your cupboard, you don’t need to worry; a couple of extra ingredients and you’ve got yourself a dinner that’ll have people queuing.
