Pwts Bach is a small Welsh art business inspired by the beauty of rural life, agriculture, and the wildlife that surrounds it. Growing up in the countryside among farm animals and open fields has deeply influenced my artistic journey and continues to inspire my work every day.
As an art teacher and lifelong creative, I’m passionate about capturing the charm of Welsh wildlife and the character of farm animals through my artwork. I work mainly in watercolour, my favourite medium for its gentle, expressive qualities, but I’m equally drawn to creating detailed pencil drawings that bring my subjects to life with realism and warmth.
Every piece is crafted with care — from original paintings to high-quality prints and personal commissions. The name Pwt’s Bach was inspired by my little dog, Pwt’s, whose name means “small one” in Welsh. She’s the scruffy, spirited muse featured in my logo.
