Paul Loudon
As a passionate freelance illustrator, I specialise in striking comic book-style artwork created with ink and brush techniques - just like "back-in-the-day" inkers! Yes I am inspired by the legendary Marvel and DC comics of the Silver and Bronze Ages and applying that to a rich variety of subjects. I offer a fantastic selection of original framed artworks on paper, framed prints, and a variety of loose drawings—all at affordable prices and many items unique one-offs.
Whether you're looking to add a bold, creative touch to your home or searching for a unique gift, my charming illustrations are perfect for bringing energy and character into any space. Don’t miss this chance to own a piece of original art that captures the spirit of classic comics with a modern twist!
About
I am a Manchester-based artist with many years of freelance illustration experience, now venturing into a new chapter as an artist—if that’s what people choose to call me!
I live in sunny Stretford with my wife and children, and I enjoy doodling inside my shed. My background in freelance illustration has led to commissions for BBC Sport and Manchester United, including creating illustrations for the interactive game in the MUFC Museum. While I’ve appreciated my freelance career, I am eager to fully embrace my identity as an artist and side-step the emergent stranglehold of AI.
