I am a Fashion Design graduate who is passionate about all things environmental. With fast fashion on the rise and the fashion industry deemed as such a harmful factor, I think it’s important to display an aspect of the industry that doesn’t harm the environment. My wish for the products I create is making something that people will love and wear forever.
I give thrifted and up-cycled garments new life by customising them or making them into something brand new. My style is heavily inspired by the 90’s and 2000’s aesthetic, favouring to work with denim and fur. I have a range of bags, in multiple shapes and sizes; starting with small and medium everyday bags, to one of a kind evening bags. My other collections feature customised tees, and jeans using statement fabrics that elevate what once was a basic piece. Similar to my bags, I also have one off tops that are fully customised and can’t be replicated or found anywhere else.
Nyastah is a brand that encourages personality and showing up as your most authentic self. My aim is to create something that someone will fall in love with, and wear until it falls apart – so I can stitch it up and give it new life again! Fashion should be circular, and I believe that my products encourage that.
