Lemmingtons is a passion project of Adam and Danielle, when Adam got diagnosed with coeliac disease in June 2023 he was devastated and soon grew sick of the supermarkets bland, crumbly and cardboard tasting offerings. Thus the spark for lemmingtons was born.+
