Leafy Delights Bakery & Café is an independent artisan bakery based in Stoke-on-Trent, founded by Elora Sovarschi, a Business Management graduate with professional culinary training in Italy and the UK, and Alexandru Mutascu, who is currently studying Business at the University.
Our concept blends creativity, craftsmanship, and quality. We specialise in sculpted fruit-shaped mousse cakes, premium pistachio creations, traditional honey Medovik, tiramisu, Romanian traditional desserts, and luxury cake slices- all handmade with precision and attention to detail.
Every product is produced in small batches, carefully finished, and elegantly presented. We focus on balanced flavours rather than excessive sweetness, allowing high-quality ingredients to shine.
