Founded by a former teacher and counselor, Moment is born from the belief that coffee is a bridge between people.
As a Hong Konger starting a new chapter in the UK, I created Moment to offer a space of warmth and connection. Our products reflect our philosophy of “living in the moment”:
The Coffee: We go the extra mile by hand-picking our beans three times to ensure absolute purity. Our light-medium roast brings out the authentic character of the bean, offering clarity and energy.
The Cake: We believe in the beauty of natural ingredients. Our cakes are low-sugar and unglazed, designed to be a gentle, guilt-free comfort that allows you to stop and recharge.
