Katy’s Cakery has been part of my journey for over 10 years. I first launched back in 2016, then took a step back to figure things out, only to realise I was already doing exactly what I was meant to be doing.
Everything is still baked from my home kitchen, where my love for baking has grown into something I truly couldn’t live without. Since launching my bake shed in March, the response has been amazing and it’s made it all feel even more special.
As a vegan, I know how hard it can be to find really good sweet treats that don’t feel like a compromise. That’s why I create a wide range of vegan friendly bakes that are just as indulgent, flavourful and satisfying as anything else. I’ve had incredible feedback from non vegans too, which means everything I make really is for everyone to enjoy.
Everything I bake is made with care, attention and a real passion for what I do.
