Kasumi Bakery is a small independent Japanese-inspired home bakery based in Manchester.
We specialise in silky Basque cheesecakes, light chiffon cakes and soft roll cakes, carefully handmade in small batches to ensure freshness and quality.
All matcha products are made using premium Marukyu Koyamaen matcha from Japan. We focus on balanced sweetness and refined textures – desserts that are indulgent but never overwhelming.
Kasumi was built from a passion for creating desserts worth the “sweet quota” – something truly satisfying, not just sweet for the sake of it.
We also collaborate with local cafes and participate in selected artisan markets across Manchester.
Everything is freshly baked and made with care.
