I’m Anita, the baker and owner of It’s Annie Bakes, a home bakery based in Manchester. I’ve loved baking for as long as I can remember, but it was during lockdown that I truly discovered my passion for creating sweet treats. What started as sharing my bakes online quickly grew into a business, sending goodies all around the UK.
I bake brownies, blondies, cookies, cakes, and celebration cakes, all made with love and a sprinkle of joy. Recently, I’ve started attending makers markets, and it’s been an absolute dream! Meeting amazing people, seeing their reactions when they taste my treats, and building friendships within the community.
If you can’t catch me at a market, you can always order online via my website for postal delivery. I’m loving every moment of growing my business, sharing my treats, and making my dream a reality, one delicious bite at a time.
