Indigo Coffee Project is a small-batch specialty coffee roastery rooted in Venezuelan coffee culture and based in the North West of England.
Venezuela has been growing world-class coffee high in the Andes for over two centuries — a heritage that runs through everything we do. The name is a nod to Canserbero, the Venezuelan artist known as “el niño índigo,” whose work championed living with intention and meaning. That ethos shapes how we source, roast, and serve.
We work with single-origin beans, bought directly from growers we know and trust, and roasted in small batches to bring out each lot’s character. The menu rotates with the seasons, so there’s always something new on. Whether you’re new to specialty coffee or a serious home brewer with a grinder and scale, you’ll find a cup here worth coming back for.
Subscriptions and wholesale enquiries welcome — come say hello at the stall.
