Hi, I’m Katherine! Baker, flavour obsessive, and the person behind House of Bakes.
What started as a passion for creating beautiful, delicious bakes has grown into a business I’m incredibly proud of. Alongside custom celebration and wedding cakes, I love getting out to local markets with a selection of small batch treats made fresh for the stall.
Everything I make, whether it’s a cupcake, a cookie, a slice of something seasonal, or a pastry I’ve been experimenting with, is made with quality ingredients and flavours I’ve genuinely thought about. Not just the same cookie dough with a chocolate bar stuck on top! And not just pretty when it could also taste incredible.
