From baking as a little girl alongside my dad, to taking the leap and going full-time during COVID, Honey Bee Bakery has always been built on love, family and a real passion for cake. We’re an independent, family-run bakery that truly pours heart and soul into everything we create.
We specialise in celebration and wedding cakes, alongside cookies, cookie pies, cupcakes, flapjacks, our famously-loved brownies, and just about everything in between! Everything we make is designed to make your tastebuds say “wow” and your heart go “aww… how lovely.”
What started as just me (Emily) has grown into a real family affair. My husband Robin is now part of the team, along with our 16-year-old son Tylor (especially when there’s pocket money involved!) and our 5-year-old daughter Hope, our official chief taste tester.
We’re incredibly proud of the brand we’ve built – and even more proud of the bakes we create. We’d absolutely love to reach more of our local community, meet new faces, and bring plenty of warmth (and cake!) to the ever-growing makers markets.
