Our Story
Meet Louie, a 40-year-old Englishman with Italian roots, who sought a healthier lifestyle after years of social drinking. On a trip to the south of France, he discovered the simple pleasure of botanical lemonade, a refreshing mix of fresh lemon, lavender, and mint that reminded him of his Italian heritage and his grandmother’s homemade lemonade.
Inspired, Louie returned to England and began crafting his own botanical lemonades, blending Mediterranean flavours with calming herbs like ashwagandha, chamomile, and lemon balm. This became his new evening ritual, replacing alcohol with a mindful, relaxing drink.
Driven by his passion for health, one day Louie created a non-alcoholic Bellini for his partner Samantha, using pressed white peaches and added his refined herbal infusion, it was an immediate success. Thus, the Herbellini was born, wholesome, flavourful, and beneficial.
