Hi I’m Ellie and I am the creator behind Ellie’s Enchanted Bakes.
What started as a hobby for friends and family quickly turned into my newest adventure when multiple people kept asking me to bake for them. For Markets I focus on the pretty and indulgent, from stuffed cookies in a range of flavours that make you want to try every one, brownies that are gooey and addictive and we can’t forget my favourite, cakesicles, the mouthful of cake smothered in chocolate along with a themed design on, what more could we want!
I am a fully registered and compliant baking business with a 5 Health and Hygiene rating from my local council. I pride myself on quality within my baking and make sure it shows in every item!
