My friend and I make all our projects by hand.
I create various decorations, especially table decorations, Christmas ornaments, baubles, Fabergé-style eggs, and many other ornaments. My creations are based on Styrofoam shapes, which I cover with fabric, embellish with trimmings, and various embellishments. I also make ornaments from foam sheets.
My friend crochets various items. These include napkins, table runners, handbags, scarves, pumpkins, keychains, and Christmas tree ornaments based on acrylic patterns.
Since childhood, I’ve been painting, drawing, and creating various decorations. Unfortunately, for years, I didn’t have the time; family, home, work, and above all, my wonderful son took up most of my time. I came to the UK alone in 2020. In October 2023, the organisation I was volunteering with encouraged me to lead Christmas decoration workshops, and that’s how it all began. A passion that had been dormant for many, many years slowly began to develop again.
I prepared designs to show participants, then began making ornaments and decorations as gifts for family and friends, until I was persuaded to make something to sell, so I took action.
