David is a ceramicist based in Manchester. A Salford University Visual Arts graduate who focused on painting, and was later drawn to clay through admiration of the medium and the meditative processes involved in making. Working mainly with stoneware, David makes sculptural vessels, functional pieces, and playful decorative figures. He draws inspiration from natural forms and everyday life.
