Datties Soul Food Academy is a multi award winning family run business based in Staffordshire. We are listed with hospitality giants Greene King and winners of the UK Caribbean Food Award category: seasoning and sauces.
We sell a range of premium Caribbean seasoning blends and sauces. Our products are easy to use and enjoyed by hundreds of customers throughout the UK.
Customers can also purchase recipes booklets developed by founder and Head Chef Monica Holton.
Our grandparents were market traders we have definitely inherited their passion for the market industry. We look forward to becoming part of a vibrant community.
