Hi, I’m Laura and the owner of Candy Bay. I started this business with my daughter, Baylee which is where the Bay comes from.
We make our own Freeze dried Candy which is very popular and we also mix up our bags of Vegan Jellies.
Freeze drying candy gives the sweets a more intense flavour as the process pulls out all of the moisture making the sweets flavours more concentrated. The sugars explode giving the sweets a crunchy melt in the mouth texture.
This is great because if you can no longer eat sweets because the chewy textures pull your teeth out, then you can eat these… they just melt in your mouth.
