Better Late Than Never is a micro-bakehouse founded in 2025 by Aimée, with support from boyfriend Dave. We specialise in artisan handmade sausage rolls, savoury bakes, and occasional patisserie items, all handmade and with homemade fillings such as homemade chilli jam & our special sausage roll herb & spice blend!
The idea began in 2024, when Aimée who bakes the items won a baking competition judged by chefs which sparked the inspiration to turn a passion for baking into something more, and Better Late Than Never was born.
