Barley Fold Artisan is a small, independent business based in Adlington, Cheshire East. We take pride in creating distinctive sauces which are a blend of home-grown chillies and traditional Pakistani flavours. We combine extremely hot chillies with carefully selected fruity flavours and authentic spices to create products with exceptional depth, character and aroma. Most of our fresh ingredients are fermented before being crafted into our sauces, enhancing their heat intensity and flavour. Our range includes sauces, chilli shakers, spices and chutneys which are made from exceptionally hot chilli, some of those exceeding 2 million Scoville Heat Units. These flavours are sought after by those seeking an intense experience. Many of our spices are traditionally dry-roasted and freshly ground by hand, preserving their rich flavour, aroma and authentic character.
