Lou&Mart – Cake with Heart is a family-run artisan cheesecake home bakery based on the Wirral, inspired by the famous Basque San Sebastián cheesecake.
Every cheesecake and minicheesecake is handmade and baked in small batches, creating a rich, creamy texture with its distinctive caramelised top.
You can find us at local markets across Liverpool and the Wirral, where we offer fresh cheesecake slices, mini cheesecakes, and whole cakes in a range of flavours.
We are proud to be fully registered with the local council and to hold a 5-Star Food Hygiene Rating, reflecting our commitment to quality, cleanliness, and food safety.
Our cheesecakes are perfect for dessert lovers, special occasions, gifts, and celebrations, and we also take orders for events and corporate meetings. Currently, we also are wholesalers providers of cafes and restaurants in Liverpool and the Wirral.
