Baked by Nicola began in 2021 when we returned to the UK from the South of France because of a combination of Brexit and the global pandemic. Inspired by the excellence of European patisserie and a lifetime spent travelling the world we combine only the finest ingredients with specially developed delicious recipes.
We work with a handful of carefully selected suppliers to source all of the natural ingredients that go into our products. For example, our chocolate can be traced to the grower at source; we insist on the freshest free-range eggs; we do not use any artificial additives or colourings and so on.
