I fell in love with the infinite possibilities and versatility of working with clay about seven years ago. I love experimenting and exploring new forms and shapes and I love the fact that there is always something new to learn in pottery; a new technique, a new shape, a new process. Possibilities are endless.
I mostly make functional pieces because I like the idea of people using things I create in their everyday lives and hopefully receiving a little joy from it. The colours, shapes and decorations I use are very much inspired by nature as to me this feels most harmonious and most beautiful.
